
Spinach-Artichoke Dip
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz) jar of Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 oz cream cheese, softened
Throw spinach and artichoke hearts into a blender/Ninja and blend together. Put into a bowl and mix thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients. Spread evenly into an 8x8 dish. Cover and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm.
