    All three follow the Shariah law which calls for Jihad against all infidels until they submit to Shariah.


Zebari was the Foreign Minister of Iraq.  Experience in Iraq would demonstrate that the Sunnis, Kurds and Shias were mosaics rather than monoliths.  Those groups, including al Qaeda in Iraq, who pushed strict interpretations of Sharia law, with harsh punishments, were rejected by the population.
