It seems that to Obama the only time the Courts should consider the Constitutionality of any law is when the decision will be in his favor.  At the same time as he's saying the Courts should not overturn Obamacare because it was passed by a "wide majority" in Congress (seems 7 votes is now a wide majority) the Obama administration is claiming that the Defense of Marriage Act (which was passed by huge bi-partisan votes) is unconstitutional.
